[number of draws] x 6/49. This is because for each draw, you have 6/49 chances of getting a particular number.
Averaging each column, you should get values pretty near this.
For example, average of column 1 is 87.16327, very close to 87.18637, which is 712*6/49. The rest of the columns, we get averages of 44.81633, 22.53061, 11.38776 and 3.795918, exactly as what we weould get by computing the odds based on the formula. From this alone, I would discount any possibility that the draws are rigged.
